Culinary Khancepts is a new and exciting, multi-concept, restaurant group that includes Liberty Kitchen and State Fare Kitchen & Bar. We are seeking vibrant and energetic, organized, and experienced managers to join our wonderful team at [Location and Restaurant Name]. What We Ask of You:

  • Take a hands-on management approach with all team members in the restaurant to drive the vision, brand, and direction of our Company
  • Learn and uphold our elevated service and hospitality standards, and hold the team accountable to them (We believe in being easy on people, but tough on standards)
  • Motivate, coach, train, and support restaurant team members on hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and program implementation
  • Focus on problem-solving and process improvement by leveraging restaurant resources


Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for periods of up to ten or more hours in length each shift
  • Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport various objects weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year





  • 2 years of previous management experience in a full-service restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • High School diploma or GED required, college courses a plus
  • Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Upscale/fine dining experience a plus
